4th of July

This past weekend was the 4th of July and we FINALLY got good weather! Man it's been depressing and although it isn't so bad while I'm at work, it really makes for a miserable weekend when you are stuck inside. I don't think Ryan and I had it in us to make yet another trip to redbox...

So you can imagine my elation when we were invited to The Cape by Ryan's friend Justin. We were overwhelmed with how beautiful his dad's house was and the hospitality that was showered upon us the entire time we were there.

I came home relaxed, rejuvenated, and inspired to get this summer started!

We quickly erased the effects of 22 consecutive days of rain by sitting at the pool for 48 consecutive hours (give or take...).

Dave and Amy just got married this past May.
